The St. Nick's leadership team and advisors have over 45 years of holiday products and installation experience. In addition to the holiday lighting business, the St. Nick's management team has led or consulted with such national brands as McDonald's, Sun Beam, Proctor & Gamble, Pepsi, Cold Stone Creamery, Boston Market, Great Clips, Geeks On Call, 1800GOTJUNK and Staples.

Jamie Limber, President / CEO (Founder)

Jamie Limber is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built and sold two companies in the holiday decorating services and products market segments. In 2003, Jamie sold his first company, The Christmas Light Decorator, which at the time of sale was the largest Christmas exterior decorating services company in. Jamie sold his second Christmas related company in 2008, The Christmas Light Company, Inc., which designed, imported and sold Christmas storage and holiday installation accessories to big box retailers throughout the United States. Jamie is an expert in the holiday lighting product and service segment and will use this knowledge and expertise to fulfill his life-long dream of developing a national service brand in the segment. Jamie has significant experience in sales, marketing, decorating, product development and branding. Along with the work at the two companies he started and sold, Jamie has also worked as a regional executive for Phillip Morris and Pepsi.

Michael Vanderslice, COO
Michael Vanderslice is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, franchising, sales, marketing and finance within franchise and other service organizations. Prior to joining St. Nick's, Michael served as the VP of Operations for Geeks On Call, a VC backed national on-site computer support company. During this time Michael led the company from start-up to over 400 granted franchise locations nationwide. At Geeks On Call Michael built a national call center and oversaw numerous departments including corporate and franchise operations, franchise training, public relations, sales and marketing and information technology. In addition, Michael has consulted with several national companies on various service related operational issues including, Staples, 1800GOTJUNK, Insight, CDW and ToFixIt. Michael has started and owned several businesses including a sports specialty retail concept with 3 locations sold in 1993 and a business consulting company sold in 2000. Michael also led a very successful non-profit organization with over 100 employees.

Jim Moynihan President and CEO, Dyno Merchandising, Inc.
James Moynihan is President & CEO of Dyno Merchandising, Inc. located in Pompano Beach FL. Dyno, is a leading marketer and distributor of sewing accessories, general craft and seasonal products. Dyno distributes its’ diverse product line to more than 45,000 retailers. In 2008, Dyno purchased Christmas Light Company, Inc. from Mr. Limber and his minority shareholders to broaden its seasonal products portfolio. Jim was named to his current position in September 2003 after serving as SVP Sales & Marketing since September 2002. Jim began his extensive consumer products career with Procter & Gamble in 1979. He held positions of increased responsibility within Sales, Marketing as well as General Management in his more than 13 year career with the company. Jim also held senior executive positions with Hamilton Beach Procter Silex, Coleman Company and Sunbeam.

Joe Beckwith, Vice President of Operations for 35yrs, McDonald's Corporation
Joe Beckwith retired from McDonald's Corporation in May 2004 after 35 years with the company. Joe's most recent position at McDonald's was that of Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to his substantial duties as an operating executive within McDonald's, Joe was also tasked with running several McDonald's subsidiaries. Under Joe's leadership, Leaps and Bounds, a franchisor of academic and physical education and activity centers, grew into a $90 million business with 49 independent units in just three years. In addition, Joe served as Executive Vice President at Boston Market, which was at the time a wholly owned subsidiary of McDonald's Corporation. In his role at Boston Market Joe oversaw the Operations Department, Learning and Development/Training Departments, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, among other responsibilities. Currently Joe serves as a business consultant for several companies in the Phoenix and Chicago areas which include Valet Today, Cold Stone Creamery, Great Clips and Amber Alert. As an advisor, Joe provides St. Nick's significant franchising experience and will assist with growth and franchising strategies.

Shelby Yastrow, Head Legal Counsel for 25yrs, McDonald's Corporation
Shelby Yastrow retired from McDonald's Corporation in 1998 after spending 20 years with the company. As the Executive Vice-President and Lead Counsel with McDonald's Shelby oversaw legal, insurance, government relations, environmental affairs, transportation and non-restaurant real estate facilities. Shelby has also consulted or held board positions with such brands as Great Clips, Hot Stix and Premier Garage. As an advisor, will assist St. Nick's with legal guidance as it relates to franchising.

Dan Bennatt, Managing Director, JDB Capital Partners
Dan Bennatt is the Founder and Managing Director of JDB Capital Partners, a merchant banking firm focused on growth and middle-market companies throughout N. America. Since founding JDB Capital Partners, he has completed a number of corporate finance, merger and acquisition, and principal investment transactions across a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, consumer products, and business services. Prior to forming JDB Capital Partners, Dan worked with several regional investment banking and private equity firms, including Bank One Capital Partners, Koch Ventures, and Wells Fargo Van Kasper. As a shareholder and advisor, Dan provides St. Nicks with a broad range of strategic guidance, primarily focusing on corporate finance, growth strategies and structured investments/partnerships, among others.

W. Scott Zwingli - President and CEO, A Light Up Company
Scott Zwingli founded A Light Up Company in 1988 and has grown the company to the largest holiday decorating company in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. A Light Up Company (ALUC) of Oregon will be one of our initial franchise partners. Scott's company currently installs the largest city-wide tree lighting program in the United States. In addition, Scott has personally trained hundreds of holiday lighting installers and has successfully trained and directed start-up operations for several other seasonal lighting companies, all of which currently are operating successfully and conducting millions of dollars of holiday light sales annually. As a shareholder and advisor, Scott will provide St. Nick's with a wide range of guidance around franchise operations, training and best practices.
